I have used live chat to refund missing credits from the well known ME3 Multiplayer bug, but it seems to have been offline for several days. As the only free means of support, what is going on EA, are you deliberately making your games as buggy as possible so we have to phone you and pay? Can someone fromthe inside shed any light on when it is supposed to be available?

I just checked and EA live chat is still online. I accessed it through the Origin application.

Hmm that's interesting, it isn't available for me. Maybe they ration it, and once they've been helpful once that's your lot.

Are you trying to use it through the Origin application or the EA website? It's not always available on the website so I use Origin.
