Not as easy as you think it is..takes a lot of hard work to be a voice actor...speaking from experience, I use to do a Sailor Moon radio show...oh it so hard to actually react to something that wasn't there.

Personally it would seem weird if the same actors who had big parts in DAO1 would come back with the same voice as different chars in DAO2...hopefully they would at least alter their voices to something else...but I have no qualms of voice actors who had a few minor chars here and there like Cam Clarke coming back

Colm Meaney (Chief O'Brian from Star Trek). Be nice to have a proper Irish accent in-game. Just don't give him a Oirish script to work with (to be sure, to be sure etc).
