For me, less autodialogue and Cerberus Normandy top the list.
What do you miss from ME2?

Nothing. ME3 just continued along the path that ME2 laid out.

More than 1 hub. Your choices matter. Dialogue wheel and neutral option.

I could write a whole site of things...
Most important for me: to be my own Shepard again.

An ending where my choices really did matter where it had a spectrum from everyone dies to everyone lives resulting in a feeling of accomplishment that had me shouting "**** yeah!"
Also I'm waiting for people against a good ending to start whining about how everyone can live when you go on a "Suicide Mission"!

The ability to kill anyone from my ground crew... It was fun to plan who to kill to get the worst possible end without dying. And Samara... I miss Samara!

Several things, but more than anything else:
As a whole, Mass Effect 2 was alright, but its finale is where it really took off. The music, the sense of desperation and fighting for your life, the knowledge that this was it. Brilliant way to finish it off, especially because you had to assign roles to your squad members and the fact that it mattered.
And this too

The squadmates actually being squadmates and not turned into cameo roles to accomodate allers and EDI and new blood like vega. Oh and the hub worlds.

No shieldgate.
I love sniper-rifles, but ME3 made them a "niche-gun".

The Suicide Mission
The whole out law type of feel. No alliance or council on you like on the other games. And the action of the game in general the missions where a lot more fun and the galaxy feels so much alive and dinamic on ME2. It might be just me but the caracters on ME2 are a lot more easy to like than on the others games.
What I dont miss is the weapons classes limitations, I wish I could use every weapon I want like on ME3.

a game that was fun (might being a little harsh there), and had some re-playability, the hub worlds, squad members who i could talk to anytime i wanted instead of just "commander".

Where should i start ?
Conversation and Conversation wheel, hubs, impact of my previous decisions, cameo of old characters (ME1, ME2 - I don´t mean something like a mail cameo of dead Reegar), choices matter, old squadmates (Samara, Grunt atleast) and lol BETTER REPORTER THAN Diana Allers (Emily Wong - lol she was killed by TWITTER)
