[Engine Damage]

Hello,

I got a full extraction on gold during Operation Silencer, but I did not receive a commendation pack.  I was told to go here https://help.ea.com/contact-us to contact support about getting a pack, but whenever I try to log in, it says "Sorry, this service is unavailable".  What do I do next?

you have to specify game, system and type of issue before service becomes available.
