my Fav is Jack Harper who is my human male adept
Legionaire for my GI
and Kotor Kull my Kroguard

Jack Harper is the real name of TIM for those of you who dont know.
Legionaire was close enough to Legion to pay Homage to it yet differant enough and with a good refrence of its own.

Kotor is the Acrynm of Knights Of The Old Republic which is a older Bioware game and one of the best they made. Kull is kind of random itself but the point is that my Kroguard has his own backstory where he is leader of his own legendary but nearly forgotten Clan Known for the first Krogan Biotics, Clan Kotor.

Personally, I name Asari after goddesses, humans using regular names, Turians after stars, Krogan and Batarians after noises I make through my nose.  Quarians, I try to mimic other "official" quarian names.

Lol! ErrorHandler.. I love that! I'm a programmer too, and I had a geth inf called Singleton, fem human vanguard DivByZero and another one 10GOTO10, kroguard StackPointer.
I have a geth inf now called Toaster, and a salarian inf Delicacy. Fem human engineer with name Brrrzzzt ( spamming overload).

I really enjoy naming my MP characters. It... gives them personality.

I name my Human Female infiltrator, Izzy Daboe, after my daughter, Isabella.  The latter, a five year old, will insist on creeping up on daddy at the most inopportune moments and surprise him with a 'boo' or a 'tickle' or what not.

So, put that with cloak and a Claymore VII with a smart choke and melee blade and you've got pretty much a similar thing going on there...

I went with callsigns/nicknames for all my characters. Most of them relate somehow to the character's combat style or appearance. Here they are in order as seen on the character selection screen:
