I just downloaded dragon age 2 from the xbox live marketplace. i came here to register my game like i did with my mass effect, but since it asks for a number on the box (which i don't have since i dl'ed it), i am unable to register my game. does someone know if there's a solution to my problem? thanks in advance.

I have the same problem here. All you will get is the run around. EA/BSN guys will say it's Xbox's issue, and Xbox will say it's EA/ BSN issue. Everyone is point the finger at someone else, and there are no actual moderators/Bioware personel here who actually chime in on the subject.
No one has an actual answer or fix for this problem. This is one of those "really dropped the ball" moments.

I've got the same problem here too. It's not really a big deal, but It's sad to see the company employees show us so little respect after we bought a product that helped pay their salaries...

Same problem here. Have all my characters synced up from my Games on Demand DA:O and DA2, but can't find a way to register either of them. Google usually just leaves me at a dead end.

Same here. Bought on demand version of DA2 and now can't get my totally awesome item thingy.
Okay it's probably not a deal breaker but my ocd desire to collect crap is what makes me buy games in the first place.
