Hello everyone,

I'm sure most of you know that in Dragon Age, gold isn't the easiest thing to come buy (unless you use glitches/cheats/console commands of course). I think it would it would be a great idea if - for the next installment of Dragon Age - Bioware included a "business" system. What I mean by this is that, if you got enough gold in the first place, you could afford to buy a property. Once you did this, you could buy your stock and earn income. Obviously you would still need to have the gold in the first place, but this would just be another option for earning gold, and adds another element of realism to suck you into one of the most suck-you-in titles I have ever played.

So, what do you think?

I think you should go play fable.

But I honestly can't see this working in the games campaign. "We need to stop the darkspawn from killing everyone and organize an army to do it first! But for now we need to find the holy grail and kill a demon in a kid!" "But... I wanted to buy some houses first, maybe start a company?"

Dude I wouldn't suggest anybody to play Fable unless they want the worst experiance in their life, lol.  But I do agree with you, the business function wouldn't fit too well with the campaign.  I mean if I want to buy a house why not hire some guys to build a fort or something.  Not meaning to sound like a jerk but buying companies and houses doesn't fit too well.

You can just imagine Sten, how disapproves at every side quest, even Redcliffe/Haven... imagine his reaction if you decided to start a business instead of fighting the blight!

Sten: I hardly find this.. appropriate.
Sten disapproves -10 for each Sovereign earned.
