#5 double clicking dat ops pack (only happens to me on gold when i get excited)
#4 double clicking dat ops pack and still dying (ok, ops packs not working happen on every difficulty)
#3 incapable idiots running in to the spawn at the beginning of every wave only to go down in the middle of 5 baddies 15 seconds later. every wave. again and again. which brings us to
#2 dudes starting every wave on Giant on the flat between control room and landing zone, going down EVERY WAVE after a few seconds but not realizing it might be better for him to stick upstairs with the team. don't get me wrong, if you can hold your own, do what you want. if you can't, don't expect me to pick up your sorry ass again and again because you are too mentally limited to draw a simple conclusion such as: "i always die here. maybe i shouldn't be here."
And, drum roll please, the most annoying thing on Gold ever and therefor

#1 The complete inability to rely on the proper functionality of the game. Like, i'm going down in the landing zone with 5 seconds left on the clock (happens to the best of us) AND THE GAME WON'T LET ME USE A FRIKKIN' MEDI-GEL! or my cloak constantly decloaking a second after i turn it on.or guns that suddenly won't fire anymore or not bring able to revive the dying guy to my feet, or Banshees drawing me in from 10 metres away (10 metres is.... pretty far, Yanks) or that glitched phantom who'd lay on the floor, completely resistant to damage, not moving but still killing everybody with her palm sniper, or or or...

And, while lots of these things also happen on Silver, maybe even Bronze, they are nowhere as nerve wrecking on these difficulties because i can trust the team to make it through the wave even if i messed up. Gold on the other hand means constant paranoia and danger, and there bugs and glitches just have no place at all. except for one glitch. ok, two i. but rarely ever use those.

1.) When a decoy is put up and people go by it.....then get swarmed and killed. What the????

2.) During later waves, with the 4/4 objectives - everyone runs to it, instead of just the one player with cloaking ability. This is probably the most common annoyance I've seen lately. Everything turns into an orgy of confusion after that.
     A.) Having the player with the cloaking ability NOT go for the objectives.

5: When you realise you're shooting blanks into an Atlas, particularly with a sniper.
4: The use of rockets against frontline infantry
3: When a player uses Medi-gel to recover despite being shot from a fair distance away, and surrounded by willing and able allies
2: Hack in a ridiculously exposed spot at the other end of the map from the safest zone. Particularly in later waves when Banshees and Phantoms are everywhere.
1: When the above enemy takes you down just after you use your last medi-gel, eliminating the entire team, 'cause two morons ran out into the open and the third guy got insta-killed trying to help them, especially during hack/assassination waves.

I have only raged once. A teammate insisted on standing next to me when I was capping an objective cloaked. Getting him killed and myself shooting at. I cursed and didn't revive him since there were 2 primes standing on him.

It is FBWGG, and I told him what to do... But he just wouldn't listen. It's so simple what could go wrong?

1: When someone quits the game or just doesn't play.

2: Someone who goes to extreme lengths to not revive you.

3: Someone who uses medi-gels immediately, even though I'm right next to the person.

4: When one team mate chooses the most stupid spot to hold down when you and the other two team mates are on the other side of the map, causing the spawning of the enemy to be less controlled.

I agree with #4 so much; like...you're basically drawing all of the enemies' attention to me, who's invisible...

Server disconnection is definitely no.1 killer (literally, from the game) and there were times when I wanted to scream like a Banshee. I was disconnected in the middle of an upload where I was the hosting player (imagine how my team-mates must be cursing/swearing at that point) and in the middle of wave 9 (with a pretty good team). EA support said the game data files were corrupted and deleting it would solve my problem (keeping fingers crossed).

There was a bug where my avatar was buried underground at extraction zone and I couldn't do anything except to wait for the countdown to end. Team-mates had fallen and can't revive them even though they were right above me. Very surrealistic experience

Another bug where I killed a Cannibal with a pistol but the notification states shotgun. Very unrealistic experience...

*Not playing on Gold, but the frustration is applicable nonetheless

Don't forget the awesome enemies that still shoot you when you use cloak, especially when you're trying to get away from a hotspot.

anything (particularly if squishy) that follows an infiltrator to an objective
C) Rambo - you know who you are
D) Quarian Infiltrators who have the berserker perk to sabotage (yep, because we want those primes attacking that decoy with greater veracity and pace)
E) anyone trying to kick one of the following from FBWGG: SE, GE, TS.

Ugh... But seriously, guys, if they have a mic, ask about whether they can play another character or why they're using that one before voting for the kick.
Oh, and perhaps most fittingly...
F) anyone with an N7 rating under 20 in a gold match (exceptions for when they know other people in there, obviously)

Primarily, I think that people unwilling to ever use medi-gel have no business playing on Gold.

If you are at all competent, you will have more medi-gel than ops packs or missiles.

Self appointed experts (heeeeeee, tautologies) can at least communicate. Sometimes it's worse to have no communication.
I could write a whole thread on teenagers who think they're special.

Replace special with mature, intelligent, different... Whatever suits.

#5. Enemies can still see you when you're cloaked, which is pain in the ass when doing objectives that are surrounded by swarms of enemies.

#3. Teammate constantly getting in my line of shot-- who also go out their way to kill an enemy only to get downed across the map.
#2. People who insists on overloading my warped/reaved enemies, which prevents me or another biotic to trigger biotic explosions.

When there are two Infiltrators on a team, neither one goes for the disable devices objective, then when I run to cap them (no cover from them from their safe sniper perch) and get gunned down they finally run for them but let me bleed out while standing right next to me.

And they wonder why they're hated....
