Silver, public lobby game. We're playing but we're not the best team. Reapers, Wave 10, game has gone "ok" so far but we're not playing well overall. I'm playing as a Claymore SI and doing a lot of revives and objective capping. We complete the objectives but next thing I know someone has bailed/disconnected so we're down to 3 players. Then another one of the players gets killed on the other side of the map (I'd just finished capping the last objective where I was). I sprint across the map but he's dead before I can get there. Other dude (Leader) gets one-hit killed by a Banshee.
So it's just me. I was tempted to just get myself killed as I don't need the XP and we had our money, but no - gotta give it a try. Some of the other players were playing sub-lvl 20 chars and likely wanted the XP.
So I run around, cloaking, shooting, take out the TWO banshees with my missiles, but in the end get over-run by Maruaders, one of which stands right on my melee killing me and somehow invulnerable to my Claymore shot (host was in UK, I'm on North America so there was lag). I'm down but have medigels - press the medigel button: nothing. Press it again and again. Nothing. I have medigels! Damn glitch. So we fail out, Wave 10, but objectives done.
Get back to lobby and the other non-host guy leaves immediately and host dude proceeds to kick me for my failure to solo Wave 10. But as he kicked me, some other pub joined so it was just the one kick marker on me. I kicked him back as a WTF and left.
WHAT. THE. EFF?
I never hold it against someone if they can't solo the wave, especially later waves. And he was down himself! If he was so uber-leet and disgusted at my failure, what was his failure by being down already?
Pissed me off so much I quit for the night.

Second, I had over 110k in two consecutive rounds. I like the team I was with, but apparently they didn't like me even tho I did all the objectives. Oh well.

But oh well, morons gonna be morons, and unfortunately, they're everywhere.
+1 you nailed the truth right there.
I have been kicked because I didn't have a mic, well given my opinions of the kind of people who do have gaming headsets* i'm not going to lose any sleep over that.

Being kicked because my N7 rank was too low.
Being kicked because I had no equipment on (In a bronze lobby)
Being kicked for using a particular class.
Probably the oddest was almost being kicked for using a Batarian soldier (one guy was a little vocal about how they suck), then when I outscored everyone by a ~20K point lead, I was kicked because I "wasn't playing fair".
Meh, whatever. Some people are just idiots.

Ofc I didn't care I've beat all the maps in gold with every char. Not my fault the lobby leader either couldn't play a SE against reapers or had crappy teammates using SE.
Lol also got kicked from a bronze lobby using a lvl 1 char not sure the reason. I could only guess cuz of my n7 score which is only around 900

Entered into a Silver match months back using one of my lower level classes, I forget which, and didn't have a mic at the time. I could hear them talking about me, complaining about the low level. So I changed to my L20 Quarian Infiltrator who had a nice fair level Claymore.

As soon as I entered the lobby I received 2 kicks... I had no idea why..
Then I've seen that the others are all had lvl 20 chars, and they informed me that my lvl is too low for Silver (in their opinion, only lvl 20 was acceptable)... Right after that I received my 3rd kick (a guy hesitated first)...
At the other side, I top scored my next silver matches, so it was their loss

The only thing I can really think of that's worth mentioning is when I was kicked for being an AA (regular, not justicar) in a gold Cerberus FB:W game.
They probably knew stasis makes phantoms too easy, and wanted a challenge.
Yeah, must be that

Because Private Lobbies are just SO expensive, right?NinthGeorgesw wrote...
The only time I've been kicked from a lobby is as soon as I join, so I guess those are people waiting for friends.
Actually if you're the host and started a public lobby but then decided to make it private because another friend came on, even after changing it to private, a random usually ends up getting in anyway. Usually I'll kick the random at that point. Its really no one's fault except the matchmaking system.
