guys i have the solution and it works 10000000% promise so this is what you have to do
Locate AddIns.xml in "C:/Users/(Username)/Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Settings" and edit it using WordPad or any XML editor. Replace all RequiresAuthorization="1" with RequiresAuthorization="0".
Run the game and check to see if everything worked!
if it worked say it here so that the others can see that it worked
This worked perfectly for me.

The solution to my troubles was simple: I just had to restart the DAU Service. Due to the difficulty of figuring out that solution, I decided to post this in the event someone else might need it. Additional details may be found at THIS LINK.
Yep, this worked for me! Thank you so much!

the Windows 7 can't find the service. just make the following folders:
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\dragon age origins\\bin_ship\\
and then copy all of the contents from the Dragon Age folder wherever it is now into there and then start up your game and it should work.
(you MAY have to manually start the service)

Spent days with the muppets from EA and got no help what so ever.
I think they need to be refreshed with the definition of insanity.

If it hasn't been said, you always need to run the app as admin, or set it to always run on admin rights, or the official DLC's will be Unauthorized.
You are right! this definitely works for me XD
The another solution changing "1" for "0" in the file is not effective... I mean it seems to be fixed but ingame the items, locations and so on doesn´t appear or work. Thank you very much Elthunder
