I've seen vids of Shepard getting slapped by the Asari bar owner on Illium just before going into the Eternity bar to see Conrad. Someone said you get slapped if you dealt with Conrad as full paragon in ME1. This particular character of mine is full full paragon so I don't understand why I don't get the same scene. In mine she just complains about some idiot in the bar. Is there something more to it?

Bug with the import. Apparently fixable if you use Gibbed and then save for a NG+, but once you've started a run through with a particular Shepard the fix won't take effect if applied, which is why it has to be NG+ as there's no savegame until you start.
