I read somewhere that bioware was going to contact the fans about some discussion over dragon age 3 and the changes it was going to get, the article said it was going to be in the forums

Where is that or isn't that section out yet?

Apparently they will be releasing a new one every month, asking us questions about various things within the DA universe (not just the game, but novels, comics, spin off movies etc.) There should be one coming out this month, probably towards the end of the month like the last one.
