What makes absolutely no sense to me is that I own the Collector's Edition, and I got the Art book with the game, and the condition for recieving the Collector Rifle were to pre-order the Art Book. If I got the Art book through the Collector's Edition, which in turn is technically pre-ordering the Art Book, then why don't I have the Collector Rifle?

The Art of Mass Effect book and the art book that came with the CE are not the same. The Art of book covers all 3 games, where as the one with the CE has stuff from 3 only.

Also, the Collector Rifle is NOT available on PS3. The art book pre-order only coverd PC and XB360.

And also, the CE art book has only a small portion of the ME3 content from the full book. The full book is worth getting, is what I'm saying :-)

Its just sad. I mean that im glad we are in the bi-monthly events, but it sucks we can't get the collector assault rifle or the BF3 soldier. They could sell the BF3 Soldier in dlc later on because it only has 1 appearance setting but us ps3 owners wont get the CAR untill they start putting it in SP like the Indra. And i think we all kno how hard its been to get ultra rares intead of experience cards. *sigh*

Also, the code was only for PC and only if you bought it at Barnes & Nobles.
I purchased the book at Amazon.co.uk and have a PS3.

Isn't the ME3 CE Artbook a preview pre-order of the Artbook of the Mass Effect games?

Actually yes, it is a shorter version of the Mass Effect Universe art book with only stuff from ME3
