Help Bioware!   Title pretty much describes it all.  

I'm about to finish up my insanity playthrough, and I spent almost all my credits on weapon upgrades before I headed to the end game.  I then spent quite a while just flying to every single location on the galaxy map, making sure to 100% every location and obtain every possible war asset.  So I finially finished all that, and headed to the HorseHead Nebula.  I start flying to the Illusive Man's base, and run out of fuel.  I figure no biggie, but I went to buy more fuel and notice I had zero credits, so I couldn't buy any.  In my journal, every single mission/assignment is complete and the only objective left is to head to the Illusive Man's base.  

So I literally can't progress.  It's very frustrating that I literallly just can't fly over to his base, and have no way whatsoever to obtain more fuel.  Believe me, every location is 100%, so I can't scan for fuel either.  The only option I see is reloading an earlier save, but I really don't wanna lose all that progress.

In ME2 you could still buy fuel even if you run out of money (your "bank account" would go negative but still). That's not the case any more?

Go to the citadel for free fuel refil.

The Citadel does indeed refill your fuel for free.

I get the feeling this guy hasn't seen the ending yet if he's putting this much work into it....
