Gandalf doesn't need fireballs. He sees patterns where most see only chaos. He sees weaves of fate where others see only chance.

Somebody clearly didn't read the book.Trajan60 wrote...
Gandalf had his staff broken by the Witch King of Angmar and would've been pwned had it not been for Rohan's army arriving and saving his arse. He is weak.
Here's a hint: that didn't happen. Not to mention Gandalf defeats the Balrog who is without a doubt more powerful than the witch king.
