Is it possbile to do that? 
Possible to re-upload a deleted characters?

As long as you have a local copy, every time you save it should transmit the data to the server.

Also, as we know, it's slow to update, so give it a couple of hours after saving before starting to worry

Soo... what if you saved about 30 times yesterday, and it still hasn't appeared?
I have that 80180 port or whatever it was open, my windows firewall off, and my other firewall told to allow DA traffic.
Stats are updating regularly, just not characters.
Lots of error codes: in diagnostics:
Dragon Age Player Profile Diagnostics
1004 - No story xml file uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character.
1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.
And there seems to be no support site for the game????
I would just LOVE to submit a ticket on this one
