Please help, I've tried the search function, but I cannot find anything like what I'm trying to do.

What I'd like to do is make an NPC face (like Ser Gilmore, for example) into a preset in the character creation screen.

I've been able to extract the .mor file, but I cannot find a way to convert it into a .mop file.

I know I must be missing something extremely simple, but whatever it is, I'm at a complete loss.

Can someone please help with step-by-step intructions?

With the .mrh file open, go to the Export Settings tab and set "Export .mop file" to True.

Edit: on re-read, I think I misunderstood your question. If you mean you've pulled the .mor from the game files, then I don't know how to change that into an .mop - I think you need to have the .mrh file to do so, which means recreating the face with the morph editor.

Aye, your edited response is correct. I have no .mrh file to work with, alas, no .mop file to extract.

Thankfully, a few topics hit the first page of threads and I saw that the data just isn't included in our toolset currently.

I was hoping to use some of the face models as presets, since the existing presets leave a lot to be desired.

Hopefully, BioWare will release the face files in the near future so we can edit them more easily.

Thank you for the quick response :)
