Gamestop digital download

Did anyone pre-order thru gamestop for the digital download?, I did as they offered the bonus content and it's easy on release day just download and go, well not so fast, I have yet to get an E-Mail and on top of that I'm getting billed twice, support well nothing yet, anyone else having a problem?
