Problems with the main game
the first problem is that going to the holding area on the citideal is glitch frequenly stalling the game on the loading screen. 
second is on my latest run th event with kaiden didn't show up allowing me to recruit them-it was insanity so i don't know if this was intentional
third is the donally and gabby romance -not present when you pick kaiden
fourth is probably one of the worst -during the final charge up to the beam at the end the maruder can kill you and due to the game events with how you are wounded and can't dodge he can kill you far to easily on insanity mode-please fix this -it shouldn't be that hard -reduce its hp or something make it weaker so it can be kill with out 23 trys.
Apart from that the only thing i think could improve the main story is if shepard lives and the characters retired on a beach.

now multiplayer issue -first I loose equipment and get no credits if my connection drops -something that can't be helped and for some reason its just my EA server connection -so make it so your items don't get consumed if your disconnected.  the next thing is if your not going to do that give us the ex and credits we earned even if we don't finish the match because we some times get dropped part way through.  other wise its just annoying -the next major problem is that the missions in multiplayer -add some more variety its a little dull right now .  And finally the last issue is the cards for classes -make it so we don't keep getting ones we have maxed out all the appearance details -i have 3 common ones im still trying for and i get everything but them lately its silly. if we have all the class cards for any one class make it so that it picks one we don't have all of untill we run out then it won't be a big issue

For people that have paid real money for packs, this is sort of like stealing isn't it?  This is exactly the kind of reason I refuse to partake in Bioware's microtransaction system.

im not paying real money either but i am playing and my time and effort are worth something i think

I don't really know the answers to any of these except for the better ending part. Bioware announced that they were making a free extended cut version of the game that we can download for free when it comes out in either June or July. *It' like a dlc, not the actual game *
