4days still nothing from EA whats the hold up , next time your missing DLC recall the disks and make new ones , why is EA customer support so frustrating

I bought the EU Ultimate Edition off Amazon a week ago. Just realized I have the same issue. Already read the original solution thread that regards this problem. Contacted my Local EA support phone number and all I get is a automated female telling me to check out EA.help.com
I already understand what my issue is I dont need help in the problem, just need somebody to talk to so I can get the DLC redeemed on my account.
Also had already purchased the Return to Ostagar DLC when I had just the original game. Downloaded it again off my psn store but it still doesnt show up for me in the actual game even though it installs and everything.
