I have my keys from STEAM but when I try to register them under my profile it says the key is invalid

Same here. I cant register game keys, says invalid or somesuch. When I get in-game to the DLC menu, I have my 2 pre-order Rings and one CC Ring but I dont have Stone prisoner Guy. Says I have to purchase. Also no Dragon Armor. I know this is in BETA but jeeez... if your gonna tie this site into what you KNEW was gonna be a HUGE game you should have have forseen these problems.

The page indicates a 25 character expected key (plus the dashes of course). The steam key appears to be 20 characters.

Last game I buy from Bioware. Last DLC game I buy on Steam.

My game (DDE from Steam) unlocks on Friday.So I can still cancel the order before that. If this issue is not fixed on Thursday then I have to cancel the pre-order. I recommend others do the same.

My keys from the Steam version of the DDE have worked, save for registering the game with my EA/BioWare account (everyone is having this issue - download & physical versions). The site is being pummeled with all the activations of additional content. Your keys will work...eventually.



This is not a Steam issue. It is an issue with server load on EA's end.

The game unlocked on time, and keys were provided for your DLC. If you have to register those keys with EA and it's not happening, how exactly is it Steam's fault? As well, BioWare made good on delivering the game overall. It's not their fault either for having to rely on EA's server infrastructure for the registering of content keys. Being wholly owned by EA, I seriously doubt they had any say in that matter. Stuff like this always happens during big title releases. Having such a knee-jerk reaction to a temporary inconvenience doesn't befit anyone.

Same exact issue. Are the three keys provided in Steam even valid? It's wonderful that an anti-pirate scheme ruins the experience for everyone.

I am having the same issue, I have three keys from steam. I have 2 16 character keys (I'm assuming for DLC) and one 20 character keys, I assume that is the one I register the game with. I am unable to register the game to this site with the 20 character key.

Just registered my game with no problems.



You take your big no dash key -> Dragon Age Origins Deluxe CD Key -> 11112222333344445555



And make it like this, 1111-2222-3333-4444-5555



And it should work. Good luck.

I'm having the same problem with my 360 version, every time it tells me invalid. So instead of actually REGISTERING the game, it just remains on my EA account instead. This I don't like.

Cannot register any of my bioware games. I got mass effect with games on demand on xbox and KOTOR with steam
