I just came across a fairly major bug tonight.  I was playing the multiplayer (Batarian Soldier, if you must know) at Firebase White and I had unfortunately went down.  I was mashing A to stay alive until a teammate could revive me, but I sadly bled out.  When this happened, instead of looking at someone else from roughly three feet away, I was looking at them from way outside a normal view.  How far?  Well, I could see outside the field of play from the top down.  The view literally looked like I was looking at it from about 10 stories up and it made things difficult to play.  When I was revived at the end of the round, the camera did not zoom back into its normal position and continued to remain where it was.  This severely impeded control of my character and messed up my aiming since all I could look at was the floor from a very long distance away.  I still managed to score two kills (both melee, thank you Batarian Megaton Punch) but the point remains.

Has this bug been reported in the past or has anyone else encountered this bug?
