I'd be surprised if they weren't working on it.
Same, I'm waiting on it as well.

I -may- have pictures to post by the end of the week...
Sounds great! Look forward to seeing it (and setting aside the obvious cash needed to buy it)

Either way, I'm passing. Not what I wanted. I already have a motorcycle jacket. I'll just wear that over my N7 T-shirt.
Tree House's jacket.
Here's the jacket from the game.

It's a jacket BASED on Shepard's jacket in the game. And I think it's pretty cool.

I'm sure the leather looks much better in person. And I'll believe the quality of the actual jacket is quite nice.
But the fact is, I can already get a motorcycle jacket. Obviously I'm speaking for myself here, but I wanted the jacket from the game. I wanted something from the fashion of the future of mass effect. I can understand why it was just adapted, but I find that to be kinda dissapointing. At the very least, I hope you change the shade of red to a darker color like in the game. The bright red doesn't really work in my opinion.
I really do appreciate that you guys made the effort, though. I don't mean to be a jerk or anything. I guess I'm just a little let down. I love your shirts, hoodies, and lithographs. And plan to get more in the future if any of their designs strike my fancy. I'm afraid that this, however, did not. It's too bad. I was really looking forward to it.

Would that be a possibility?

The problem with what you want and what you're seeing in game, is different. The leather jacket in game has a very "starched" look, making the whole thing seem very stiff. Except, the problem is with BioWare's in game texturing. The same problem appears on Diana Allers's and FemShep's dresses: shiny looking leather that looks down right strange.
I will agree that the jacket doesn't quite look the same (less cool), but depending on the cost (based on past items, I'm guessing it'll be STRATOSPHERIC), I may decide to get it. But I doubt the cost will be anything less than $100+. Best guess? $150, maybe $200.

So, it was designed by a moto-jacket company, that's great, except that most people who buy it will be buying it because it's an N7 jacket, not because they're motor-cyclists hence it wouldn't matter if they made the collar like it looked like in-game

Let's hope they fix it before commercial release.

Let's forget the quality of the leather for a second. I'm just talking about the overall design. Look at my reply to Mrs. Domino.

We're reviewing your feedback and taking it into account. There are a few things about the in-game jacket that aren't realistic to replicate in a wearable jacket, but the things that are will certainly be considered and reviewed.
I appreciate your comments!

Thanks for listening!
Just out of curiosity, as I have friends who go to FIT, what parts of the game's jacket are not realistic to replicate? I certainly don't mean to pester, I just find that fasinating. I understand the collar itself in the game doesn't close, so that seems unpractical.
But the way I saw it, I wasn't (and I'm sure I'm not the only one here) looking for something realistic. If I wanted realistic, I'd stick with my jacket or go to any number of stores. I was looking for something unrealistic. After all, I saw it in a game. This just seemed like a chance to give the fanbase something unique. A REAL piece of fashion straight from the world we know and love. That would have been special, in my opinion.
Again, thanks for listening. I'm well aware we don't live in a perfect world. It just seems like a cool idea, selling clothing worn by the characters. Seems to me you'd make a killing doing that. Though, I'm probably wrong.

Thanks for listening! I'd say the biggest issue is the red colour. I'm guessing that it better matches the red on the hoodies at the moment but I'd much rather have the dark red that you see in-game.
The fact that it's not an exact replica is to be expected as the manufacturing cost would probably be to high otherwise which in turn would have had to drive up the cost for us consumers to unreasonable levels.
I do have one more question though. How many pockets are there in the current design? Only the two front pockets or are there any on the inside of the jacket as well?

I'd also like to request that a women's version be put together, 'cause I know many women who missed having that jacket in game and would love to have it IRL.
