So, hey. I am new to this whole forum thing. I bought Dragon Age 2 for my laptop and  I installed it once. However, I let a friend's kid into my room and while he was messing with my games lost the key. I've gotten a new laptop since then, but I was wondering if there was any way of installing the game and possibly getting a new key or well, anything really. Like I said, I am new to this but Dragon Age is possibly my favorite game. I know there a "ways" of going about bypassing this but I would MUCH RATHER NOT! Thanks tons guys!

The registration keys are linked to your BSN account, yes? So you should be able to recover them through tech support.

That would only be if the game was officially registered, and as you can see, there is no Icon under the Avatar, so it's possible that the key isn't on file. Whatever the situation, the OP needs to know this forum isn't "Official". This is gamer to gamer self-help. The Official Support is on the EA Help site.

Yea, I never got the chance to register the game. Sadly. I work at GameStop and hear these complaints all the time so I should have known better. Of course, things happen. Thanks Gorath and Aleya.

Hey Willowed,

If you still have the game installed on your old laptop, then you can retrieve the key from there. It will display under the "Game" tab of the "Configure" utility on the Start-up splash screen.

You'll have to use the EA Chatline, and talk to a game advisor to look it up for you.
