Hi i have Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition STEAM but im having a problem with the DLC.
   
My game is logged in with my Bioware Account, the Dragon Age Content Update Service is running with automatic start setting and my dlc are all authorized in game. When i open the game, all the dlc appear on the installed tab, autorized, as they should rithg?
But when i load my save (or sart a new game), the dlc "copy" themselves to the download tab, start downloading again, but they still appear on the installed tab. Also, they stop at 100% saying Extracting or Installing and the version needed text is in red, could this mean anything?
 
I made a backup of my Bioware folder in My Documents before this error started and when i put the backup on themy documents, the dlc only appear on installed tab but when i load, or start a new game, this happens.
I already tried to full delete my save folder (the bioware folder) run the files from redist folder on dragon age installation folder to update the addin.xml file with the dlc and turn on the service but the same happens, all the dlc are installed and autorized, but it still download  when i start playing.
Conclusion: I have the dlc installed and autorized, but i cannot play them.  Any fix?

   
Also, what premium content mission appear when you start  a new game? I ask this because i sarted a new game and to me only Sulcher's Pass, Feastday Gifts and Feastdays Pranks appear, or in another words, the Feastday  DLC's and the Stone Prisioner DLC, no other appear.

RtO won't appear until you've completed the original Battle of Ostagar/Tower of Ishal.
WK won't appear until you've visited Camp and agreed to help Levi.
LS, GoA, and WH (not to mention DA:A) don't appear in the main game at all. They're launched under the "Additional Campaigns" option from the Main Menu.
