Hi all.
This is probably my own stupid fault but...
I bought ME1/ME2 many moons ago on Steam. I registered my Cerberus Pack and DLC stuff on a BSN account I created just for that purpose. When ME3 came out I'd never used Origin before and so just created a new account, on this particular day the EA network was playing up a bit so I had a few glitches tryng to create the new account and ended up creating 2. I wasn't aware that the BSN and Origin accounts were the same thing, d'oh.
The first time I logged in was on one account, the second was the other account. So Origin on the 1st log in seemed to automatically recognise my ME2 copy (and Alice in Wonderland) and now it's tied to that account. So my ME3 is on the 2nd account.
As I can't re-register ME2 in Origin as it automatically picked up, is there any way of re-aligning my accounts into a single account?

I see both the ME2 and ME3 icons under your avatar. Doesn't that mean you did it right?

I'm guessing that you used one email for ME2 and another to create a "new" EA account for Origin that you used with ME3 because it wasn't clear that the Cerberus account in ME2 is actually a global EA account also for use in Origin (even for SWTOR).
EA's Origin support has been inconsistent regarding merging accounts. Usually, the tech will simply say it's not possible. A small number of people reported that EA did merge their accounts after some verification.
All you can do is try.

I heard that they can merge accounts (provided you can prove you own both)

Sort of... lol. I could register my content on the BSN (hence my [2] symbol), but it's already used if I try to register on Origin.
Just for clarity, and one of the reasons for wanting my ME2 registered on Origin, does the DLC automatically patch like with ME3? It's always a pain re-installing ME2 with Steam, as I have to manually download the DLC and patch it.
