This will happen during battles.
I am running the latest update version available.

Has anyone have their game play freeze to the point that the PS button does not function?

Yes. I've had that happen, as well as the Radial Menu unpause bug. So frustrating.

I am not at all disappointed with the framerate. It shows up pretty smooth on my system. Don't know what you players are complainting about. It is just silly.
Yeah, I ocasionally have a few stutters, but nothing like some people who claim it to be unplayable.
What will the patch fix? I already got all trophies, but i loved the game so much i won't mind playing it again.

Now get that patch out for the PS3
This game was the first major game I have purchased for my PS3 and most definitly the last. All other games I have purchased for my PC and I wish I had gotten this one for the PC too. Better support, faster patches, usally more features.

I looked at the Patch notes but didn't see anything relating to the issue I'm having, have any of you had this issue? I'm attempting to play a trap/bomb heavy rogue however, when I got to my raidial menu (PS3) and access the poison/trap menu I cannot access all of my traps and poisons. the arrow to the right highlights but when I try to select it to get to the next section it doesn't do anything. anybody else dealing with this issue?
same here. not all the time, but rather frequent.

I even tried to find a way to contact Edge of Reality (company working with Bioware to port the game to console) and their website has no way to contact them other then to apply for a job.

My fault I guess for only having one save
But as a caution, after the meeting, save before going to redcliff, you may need to reload!!

I too am stuck in Redcliff, sucks, over 100hrs of playtime and I can't access the final battle.

Save before anything, and rotate at least 5 slots. These things do happen - I've had triggers go off slowly (on three playthroughs), but never failed to completely go off.
I'm not exactly sure how you can even have just one save, unless you've never actually saved and have been relying on autosaves.

Only 1 save...I thought that was simple...when you hit save, highlight your previous save rather than clicking on new save...simples!
As for the frame rate issue, I think that the people who notice it more are people who play PC as well. Console gamers are used to slightly lower frame rates (due to older TV's only working 24FPS) so those of us who are majority console gamers can easily live with the slightly lower Frame rates.
What makes me laugh is when people say "Anything less than 60FPS gives me a headache" and then go on to talk about the TV...TV programs are only shown at 24FPS ha ha

But that still leaves autosaves! Going back five minutes instead of 75 hours
