Is the passive aspect of the combat magic talent (the use of the magic attribute in the equipment requirements) hardcoded?
As a matter of fact, how are the attribute requirements for equipment handled? I could not find anywhere in the scripts that deals with this...

Item/equipment requirement/restrictions are a type of item property. They are set in the item's Item Properties property. Item properties are defined in the itemprps 2da (see itemprps.xls for details). These particular properties scripted rather than hard-coded.

Thanks, but I believe that itemprps.xls only handles character and class restrictions, not attribute restrictions, that is defined at the BITM_base.xls, however it contains no information on how combat magic changes the requirement from strength to magic.
