[the jominators]

 I recently reformatted my pc due to some BSOD. I managed to back up my saved files and was able to succesfully reinstall the game. However, upon checking I lost all achievements as I failed to back up the "profile" file in My Documents. Since I cant get that back, I would like to know what else I lost? 

I am just worried that my plot decisions wont carry over to ME3.
