I recently formatted my pc due to some BSOD. I managed to back up my saved files and was able to succesfulyl to reinstall the game. However, upon checking I lost all achievements as I failed to back up the "profile" file in My Documents. Since I cant get that back, I would like to know what else I lost?

I am just worried that my plot decisions wont carry over to ME3

Your achievements are saved in the Player1 file in the Profile folder. All of your plot decisions are saved in all of your .sav files.
