I think they're likely far-enough outside of recording all the dialogue to see this as pretty accurate.
Though, it's worth considering that they might have had the voice actors record lines that support, debunk, allude to, and flat-out ignore the presence of indoctrination.
Still, there's something awfully forward about him asking that.
Yep, this is the first time they've actually engaged a dialogue concerning I.T.. Except for Jessica Merizan I guess.

I will be disappointed if the IT is went with because it will mean bioware coped out with the possibility to use a force of evil and turn it into a force for good. I like that type of story much more than just the it's evil because it's evil logic most people seem to have with what are in essence neutral forces.
I'll suck it up, pick the option I don't like and see what fanservice ending they came up with but it will be a very bitter and not so sweet thing to go through.
At least I won't go and make a 19 paragraph hatepost about not liking the new choices when its all said and done.
