I gues HTL forums have a rather specific group of ME fans not to mention ITers who organize mass votings in all poll that concern IT

I recreated the poll in the BSN forums. If you want to show your support in this matter vote here:

Being indotrinated does not equal Indotrination Theory which assumes the ending was a hallucination. BIg difference

There are many, many different Indoctrination theories.

The Anti ITers love to hate us and insult us... what do you have to say for yourselves now? At least I respect your opinion. Respect my vision of the game and I'll respect yours.

I alway felt the IT was nothing but denial, since some people can't accept the fact that Bioware screwed up. What do I have to say for myself? Nothing, really, since nothing's been set in stone. Just because Priestly's asking about it, doesn't mean he'll swallow his artistic integrity and use it. If they did use it, it would just be evidence that they're doing the whole "quick, cheap and easy" band-aid fix for the game's ending rather than, you know, trying.

And I never insulted anyone about it. You might want to get off your high-horse.

I'm not necessarily talking about you... just meant the people that throw juvenile insults at us.  Didn't mean for it to come off that way.

Most people don't mind it on my poll here on the BSN.... the numbers are about the same, 70% or so either don't mind it or are in favor of it.

Hold the liners wouldn't be hold the liners if they thought Shep was indoc., and there was more to the story. They were all about the end sucking, period. Mysterious things are afoot here.

There's a big difference between "don't mind it" and "yes I fully believe in it".

Yes, I know, but I'm just saying that most people wouldn't throw an ape fit if that is what they ended up with.

More than anything he is gauging some of the more.......disgruntled fans, much like he did before.

How many people will be angry if it isn't Indoctrination is what he was doing.

He should have posted here anyway, even if nothing good would have come out. There are some good ideas in the "What do you expect to be in the Extended Cut?" thread on HTL.

Indoctrination was the original intended artistic vision. If they can change a few things and make it happen then Im not sure why they wouldnt. They would be pleasing the fans and they also wouldnt be compromising artistic integrity.

Just sayin.

Indoc incoming, in some form. The trend is becoming pretty clear, and it's starting to steamroll. I think the reason is it atleast gives the ending a 2nd life, and the ability to invalidate the ending as is. At the same time, IT can technically fit in, while not being a retcon. Kinda sorta retcon without retconning.

Who knows. Strange days.

for 72% of them to be voting yes they must be incredibly retarded. It's not a horrible theory in that it would make the enidng better....but 72% saying yes...wow.

Seventy two percent of the voters said yes?

That tells Bioware exactly what they need to know.

At this point, I don't see any way to avoid this.

Wait. I don't understand... how the Indoctrination Theory can fit in without entirely retconning the endings that we got now? As a pro-ender that do want the possibility of at least one happy ending that possibility intrigues me.

What I expect is a happy ending (happier ending I should say) more than anything, simply because closure is what people really want.

Not a battle with Harbinger.

I'm saying the argument can be made that indoc being true in some form, in DLC, isn't a retcon, but rather, the whole story. Arguments can go both ways, and technicalities have there place. This isn't a judgement on whether it's a retcon or not. Just that there's different ways of looking at it.
