Being indotrinated does not equal Indotrination Theory which assumes the ending was a hallucination. BIg differenceChief Commander wrote...
I recreated the poll in the BSN forums. If you want to show your support in this matter vote here:

There are many, many different Indoctrination theories.IsaacShep wrote...

The Anti ITers love to hate us and insult us... what do you have to say for yourselves now? At least I respect your opinion. Respect my vision of the game and I'll respect yours.
I alway felt the IT was nothing but denial, since some people can't accept the fact that Bioware screwed up. What do I have to say for myself? Nothing, really, since nothing's been set in stone. Just because Priestly's asking about it, doesn't mean he'll swallow his artistic integrity and use it. If they did use it, it would just be evidence that they're doing the whole "quick, cheap and easy" band-aid fix for the game's ending rather than, you know, trying.
And I never insulted anyone about it. You might want to get off your high-horse.

There's a big difference between "don't mind it" and "yes I fully believe in it".liggy002 wrote...
Most people don't mind it on my poll here on the BSN.... the numbers are about the same, 70% or so either don't mind it or are in favor of it.

More than anything he is gauging some of the more.......disgruntled fans, much like he did before.
How many people will be angry if it isn't Indoctrination is what he was doing.

Yes, I know, but I'm just saying that most people wouldn't throw an ape fit if that is what they ended up with.

Indoc incoming, in some form. The trend is becoming pretty clear, and it's starting to steamroll. I think the reason is it atleast gives the ending a 2nd life, and the ability to invalidate the ending as is. At the same time, IT can technically fit in, while not being a retcon. Kinda sorta retcon without retconning.
Who knows. Strange days.

At this point, I don't see any way to avoid this.

Wait. I don't understand... how the Indoctrination Theory can fit in without entirely retconning the endings that we got now? As a pro-ender that do want the possibility of at least one happy ending that possibility intrigues me.
