I'd bought the Platnum version through D2D and still have the serial codes for my account, but now that Gamefly owns direct 2 drive, there is no download. So how do I get my game? I can't download it from anywhere!
Please help!

Your best chance is to contact Gamefly - in an ideal world, they would honor those commitments entered into by the company they bought.
In a more realistic world, Steam is a good place to get the game now, for quite cheap, and comes fully patched.

Iirc, Gamefly sent out an email to the direct2drive customers when they bought them saying what the policy was going to be. I have a d2d copy and remember getting it.

If you look under your profile and check purchase history, the downloads and keys are under there.
