I laughed at that as well, the line just seemed rather abrupt. I wonder if EDI says that if Shepard hasn't romanced anyone throughout the trilogy. Certain people would likely jump on that as proof of that stupid Liara mind-rape "theory".

Also pretty much anything Javik says had me laughing, from painfully explaining to Liara the obvious fact that the Protheans were guiding the anicent Asari just like they had with other races, to talking about tasty Salarian liver.

EDI's joke about the air on Normandy.
And, Kai Leng - some of his lines weren't meant be funny, but they were. They were dead ass wrong for some of it.
Bailey saying he was getting his ass shot off. I don' t know why I laugh at that.
In ME1, remember the part in the breeding area on Virmire with the Salarian solders being indoctrinated? When that one hit the tank glass and slide down, Shepard's face had me rolling.

Also after Shepard screams out Steve and then nonchalantly says "You sure?"  That provoked some really loud laughter from me.  I was like "Why is that there?  That is so out of place."  He could've given some extra emotion on that line to not make it sound so awkward.

Oh sweet Christmas, that has to be among the best. I always found it weird that if Steve actually dies, Shepard just goes 'Cortez!' but if he's ok, we get STEEEEEEEEEEEEEVE:O

Even if he said Cortez it would still sound awfully placed, LOL.  That line was just so out of place in the current situation with everyone screaming and giving lots of emotion.  But I think the one that took the cake for me (I didn't have it in any of my playthroughs because I always save Cortez but saw it on YouTube) was when Ashley was in the squad and sounds like she's giving childbirth when she screams over Cortez dying.  O...M...G...I don't think I've come closer to falling out of my chair in laughter.

I have to admit I found Anderson's animation under TIM's control on the Citadel inappropriately funny. He just looks drunk. Possibly a drunk zombie. After which  the growl Keith David does before he says "They's controlling YOU" makes me think of a zombie even more.  BRAINS! BRAINS!
