Another one I thought of is dumping Liara in ME3, if you romanced someone in ME2. In the first conversation on the Normandy, she tries to reconcile with you and if you say "no I'm not interested", she just stops dead and says "well, thank you for telling me". It's cruel and I felt sorry for her, but I still found it a little funny.

Also, the long pauses in War Assets room after Thessia.

It's amazing, he can work out the square root of 906.01, but can't seem to count how many guns there actually are in the room. Useless little ****, I should have left him attached to that machine in Overlord.

It may have been intentional but when Weave died and Wrex was Eh, whatevs. Joker's Thessia joke was classic if not classless. Also James being terribad at poker is funny. And Romanced Tali in the geth dreadnought.

Tali's "code phrase" in ME2 has me laughing every time when first going to the Migrant Fleet. So hammy. Also Shepard saying "Keelah Se'lai" on Rannoch. In fact, Quarians in general usually have me chuckling, not sure why.

Also after Shepard screams out Steve and then nonchalantly says "You sure?"  That provoked some really loud laughter from me.  I was like "Why is that there?  That is so out of place."  He could've given some extra emotion on that line to not make it sound so awkward.

This, and the fact that every voice actor completely bothces their own reactions (though NONE more than Ashley) makes this THE most unintentionally hilarious moment in the whole trilogy.
