Ok EA help was useless.... This Geth is dead but standing up, not moving and not attacking (its multiplayer btw). No matter what we do it just stands there, no health bar and shots/powers go right through it. Can anyone help?

Happens quite a bit. You can either wait it out (5-10 minutes sometimes), or the host leaves the match (much quicker, but he gets nothing) and the round restarts minus one player.
To my understanding, it's usually due to a glitch that happens when pulling an enemy over cover for a quick kill. You're lucky it didn't stand right back up and kill you like the Invincible Geth Pyro that attacked my team once.
