it also requires you play in windowed mode i believe.
once you have it installed, input the following code
#IfWinActive, Mass Effect 3
{
F12::
Width=10 ;Measured in Pixels
Thick=2 ;Measured in Pixels

YOff=0 ;Measured in Pixels

WinMove, ReticleGUI2,, (A_ScreenWidth/2)-(Thick/2)+XOff, (A_ScreenHeight/2)-(Width/2)+YOff
return
}
~F11::
Gui, 1:Hide
Gui, 2:Hide
return
Press F12 while playing mass effect 3
Press F11 to remove the target reticle.
If the window you have open is not named Mass Effect 3 when you press F12, the reticle will not appear.
Pressing F11 will remove the target reticle regardless of whether or not your active window is named "Mass Effect 3"
You may change the width, thickness, color, transparency, and offset through the parameters I provided in the code.
You can also edit F11 and F12 if you want to activate this reticle with different buttons.
And finally, you can edit the line about "Mass Effect 3" if you want this code to also work on other games/programs.
Enjoy
