Also, if this is successful, I would love to eventually get a straight up random mode, where the enemy spawn pool is completely mixed. First wave, you've got Assault Troopers, Marauders, geth...later in the game you're trying to finish off a Cerberus Turret while under fire from a Ravager and Geth Prime. I dream of this.

But how exactly does the squad goal work? Promoting three chars while still in the same lobby?

haha! I still haven't finished recovering from the last promotion event. I still have one class at 16. This time I won't promote all 6; I think I'll be selfish this time around and only promote three.

Basically, you yourself have to promote 3 characters in order to receive the commendation pack. They did a similar one to this a few operations ago.

The Geth and Cerberus forces in the game are basically under Reaper control anyway....

Clearly the easiest weekend of them all.
Don't have to complete a FE on Gold, just promote.
If you have all of your characters at level 1, it might take some time.

IMHO: most of the players have at least one lvl 20 char + 2-3 around 17-18, so this won't take long and will be completed in a matter of hours.

I don't know the numbers of the operation community, but 50k promotions seems pretty easy. If even 15k people promote 3 for commendation packs, that's 55k right there. So I'm looking forward to raging when I don't get a rare in my vic pack.

Promote 50,000 characters? Seriously? On the second weekend event (Operation Raptor), the "community goal" was to promote 150,000 characters. We promoted 350,000+. Either BioWare is playing easy on us, or lots of ME3 gamers are abandoning the game to the point that promoting 50,000 characters would be a challenge.

Uh you mean 45,000. Just off by 10,000.

Chance for a Rare? How about an Ultra-Rare please? There's alot of people who have their manifest maxed and I'm pretty sure 250k xp is just as useless as not getting one at all.

I guess the Vorcha didn't want in so bad, so they'll wait until we're retrained and ready to fight and next week they'll be in the fray.
