When do we get the squad goal reward packs?  I have promoted six classes since the event started, and haven't seen anything...  It's been about 4 hours.

Why does this exact same question get asked every single time there's an operation? Packs are awarded after the event; usually on the Tuesday (unless there's some almighty ballsup at Bioware, which has happened in the past).

i think there are going to give the packs in the end of the event which will be on may 27 but i really don't know about the time because the different time zones and all that.

Maybe because I bought the game -after- the last operation?  Thanks for explaining though.

Bioware aren't very good at explaining these events.

To the point where even Bioware employees themselves got confused, and ended up giving out entirely wrong information on twitter.

How hard is it to say: "We'll give out the packs next week" in the first post?

Or: Just to clarify... this isn't really a squad goal, it's an individual goal.

Yeah I meant they should edit it into the first post.

Since there are hundreds of people who ask "How come I didn't get a commendation pack right away?"... during pretty much every single weekend event. Or any other question that should be immediately obvious.

And if even the Bioware employees themselves are confused, then something is going wrong.

I think I'll pass this event and go out instead... lost interest in this multiplayer, too much crashing and not getting the Commendation Pack last time even though I passed the challenge.

Update operation Shieldwall : Cerberus has put jamming devices on bioware servers. So connecting and finding a lobby with your teammates is gonna take 4 times as long as normal. This to make the allied goal a bit harder ...

No seriously, I just tried to play a game and I even can't connect to a lobby, it was the same problem with the previous weekend event. I think the servers can't handle the amount of players or something, but I'm getting tired of waiting all the time. I didn't get me a fast PC for that !

Too much crashing on the Xbox ? Did you copy your game to the HD ("install"), my Xbox often gets too hot while playing directly from the disc, but when I copy it to HD and play, it doesn't get overheated, also place your Xbox in a place where it can rid of its warmth. If you allready did all that, there are also fans you can buy seperatly, to place on the back of your Xbox. Maybe this might help you ? Good luck !

I have a question. I don't seem to be able to promote characters because I got 3 respec cards. I only got option reset powers using the cards for every character. I don't want to use up the cards as they're hard enough to get and I might want to use them on the new characters later on. Is there a way to promote without touching my respec cards??

You promote them at the character select screen, not at the power level screen.

Thank you! I'm not really into promoting as I prefer to keep them at level 20 so didn't know where to look for that. But want to get my Commendation pack

If I get an Eagle or Crusader,
I swear I'll do this.

Is it all right with Operation Shieldwall? I just played a Silver match vs Reapers and I didn't see any additional Banshee.

I haven't promoted my characters yet because the absence of additional Banshees made me a little "suspicious".

Did you encounter additional Banshees?

The extra Banshees don't always seem to appear. I've seen them in both Bronze and Silver matches, but not always consistently.

Thanks for the info. I'm glad to read it's all right. You know there is always the possibility of some tech issue.
I'll promote my characters and I'll play other matches.

I've seen banshees in every bronze and silver game with Cerberus or geth, usually from wave 7.

I was disappointed when I realized banshees take up one of the boss mob slots. Instead of an extra atlas spawning, you get a banshee instead. I was kinda looking forward to having extra banshees spawn on top of the current enemies...apparently it was too much to hope for :/
