 Aiight, on vacation, but managed to download ME3 onto my ancient laptop (took a couple days on folks' molasses internet), then boot up an awesomely pixelated and laggy version and promote 5 chars. Didn't even bother trying to play a match, since it could hardly even run the menu

 ive just promoted 7 chars myself. 2 chars are now lvl 18. 1s 19 n inf is already back to 20, but im saving him for golds when im bored.

That's the spirit, nice going ! We need every promotion, we can get. I for one, don't want to fail again. I've promoted 6 yesterday and am at lvl 18 with my sentinel now. Enjoy your holiday, we'll hold down the fort, untill you're back

I'd say banshees with all enemies looks as a great bonus, not as a penalty. Whenever I'd know that failing c-goal would result in such circumstances - I'd pause gaming just to get it.

Yeah but it's way harder to make lots of credits on that credit-making-machine aka "White-Geth-Gold"

Gold is supposed to be hard... which makes it challenging, which makes it fun... you make lots of credits by playing period... those which use their former COD/HALO/BF3 camping skills on here should be ashamed anyway... what a lazy way to play.

nope... but shooting and moving always works much better... and ensures you don't fall asleep from all that squatting and attempted grabs... at least now they could watch the banshee wait patiently on the other side of the barracade

So, is the event specific to each platform? For example, 50,000 people from xbox have to promote characters for it to be successful. Or, do all promotions from all platforms carry for the whole community? Sorry, im new to the multiplayer side of the game.

Yes - you got it correct mightysasquatch. You only need to promote 3 (commendation pack), but the community will appreciate it if you can promote more (victory pack).

After the event has ended, depending on your time-zone, and expect delays as they will be setting-up the new DLC for release. Likely no earlier than Tuesday, after 5pm Pacific (GMT -8).

Usually in the wee hours of Monday. Depends on your time zone.
