im burnt out ive been online on xbl all day and i bought a total of 2 spectre packs

first one gave me a upgrade for the vindicator:sick:

Considering how few weapons you've unlocked... If you keep to buying Premium Spectre packs you'll flesh out your list a lot faster.

Got done with a geth bronze about 30-ish mins ago that had a couple of banshees pop. Guessing its the same as the others that end up ending 5am pst monday morning.

Still to be safe, promoted 4 classes. Didn't have time to finish my soldier though.

 I'm guessing thats why this was a promote operation and not a kill x one.

Are you ****ing kidding me Bioware? Some of us have lives outside of your stupid game! I've been busting my ass trying to promote three characters, and you've decided that this challenge is atypical in the sense that it ends tonight?
You're already punishing us with banshees on all forces, do you want people to get fed up with multiplayer?

 I still saw banshees appearing in non-Reaper matches just now, so hopefully the event lasted up to midnight. Or my promotions won't count.

Ok logical conclusion... If banshees are part of "operation shield wall" and we can promote as long as the operation is running then.... Yes it's still going. If bio ware would be nice to show up and confirm this great. But if the promotion part of this op has ended but banshees are still spawning then wtf... It's all one op

That's what i assumed originally, but i keep seeing threads with the 7 Central (IIRC) time being the cutoff

Threads and rumor yes, but where is the official time, usually chris puts it in, it's not there. Bad Chris, goto the corner with your detention hat! Seriously though Chris, we love you but wtf man, been busy with other stuff and life (which is an activity I assume you are doing since you are not here) so have a chance to grind out these promotions in the last hours to find its possibly potentially rumor-driven over?

Well, not everyone around here is american, so your point is moot. I am not happy either because of the timezones for me the events start at 2-3 am. But that is the way things are. What is a Memorial Day by the way?

Like others, I assumed that if Banshees are still showing up with other factions then the op is still on. Had my third class 150K XP away from 20, deliberately set the enemy to Cerberus, and banshees did indeed show up. Finished the match about 5 mins ago (12:30 AM Eastern) and immediately promoted all 3 classes - now all I can do is cross my fingers and wait.

True, but you're guaranteed 2 rares which means you can possibly get 2 weapon unlocks with your current state of affairs. Heck, back before I unlocked everything except for ultra rares I once got 2 rare weapons and an uncommon weapon unlock.

Maybe the guy who was supposed to switch the operation "off" fell asleep. All I know is I've done my promotions and banshees are still cross spawning so we will see
