LOL. FBWGG, with banshees? Now that will spice things up!
Have you seen how the banshees glitch on FBW and can't get over the desk? You'd think FBWRG would be harder than FBWGG, but it's actually easier, just less popular. As long as you are beefy enough to survive a 'nade.
Until they teleport through the back or side wall.
They.. came... from... BEHIND! *cries out spitting blood*

I'll promote all 6 classes and probably try to level up and promote at least 4 over the weekend. I should have a minimum of 10 if not more by the end of the weekend.
The only decision I have now is whether or not to spend some of the credits that I've been hoarding on PSPs this weekend or to hold them for the DLC.

I had 3 ready to go, with 2 more close.
Bring on the Reapers!

Where does the storyline go if we fail this operation?
its 50000 you know there are so many people who already promote I dont see how 3 systems could fail this

Nope, I actually commented in that thread IIRC.
I don't see the words "for next operation you has vorcha" anywhere. Next week is still "by the end of the month".

Meh. Not interested in promoting. Would have rather had actual content added to MP. Boring lately, nothing new, nothing to do. The whole "reinforcements coming soon" was already thrown out 2 weeks ago, just using the same line again is weak.
How about giving up some actual information on future MP DLC instead of just telling us "Oop, next time!"
E3 is next week. Explains everything. And they never said "next week" or anything. They only said Vorcha were training.
The great thing is because they are vorcha, they are probably imcompetenant up to a point. So Bioware has a perfect excuse to not release the DLC until later.
It would be kind of funny on Tuesday Bioware annouces the vorcha all died in a Reaper raid.

yeaah.. but most people have all their rares maxed out and only need ultra's so an ultra rare out of a victory pack would be very nice.
What? "Most people" definitely do NOT have all of their rares maxed out. Preposterous. Sure, a lot of folks on BSN do, but I'm sure it's a tiny percentage of the overall MP community.
The addition of a chance at a rare is welcome change. Nicely done, BW.

Or will they simply announce it and release the DLC along with a new operation two weeks from now?

This is just epic, will they attack the other enemies as well???
In SP, Reapers indoc'd Geth as well as Cerbs through program hacks and Illusive Man's experiments, respectively. And since Banshees spearhead Reaper forces, I think they're on the enemy's side for sure.

just promote failing 2 events in a row would be terrible
Meh. Don't care enough to promote. What's the point? Ooooh, a victory pack. Color me full of care. No. I don't care. Promoting isn't really an "event weekend". No real "goal". Hit a button from your squad menu without actually playing the game! Woo! No. MP needs something new to keep fresh, you know, like some vorcha and protheans and weapons.
Not goofy promotion "events" that are pointless.
At least "kill X number of Y" events are *something* to do. Promoting isn't.

And here i was sitting comfortably at N7 240...
Yeah, mine's been at 300 since the last event that involved promoting characters. Oh well, at least now I can try out some new builds without waiting for those respec cards that continue to evade me.
