Give some credit to Bioware they updated the Vic packs so they are actually worth something.

So far no one has reported acquiring a character? I've been putting credits into packs and not a single one has yielded a character other then up-grading characters I don't use or giving me guns I do not desire using.

Hopefully I'll get something useful, maybe a geth pulse rifle

Durr... forgot to install the DLC -before- spending credits on packs... last time I stay up late playing games! ... yeah right, who am I kidding? 8_8

that's a nice victory pack... no complaints there. Plus they said that the Victory packs had a HIGH change of an N7 weapon... which means all of you getting Gold weapons are failing

Dear lord, exploding cerberus troops in one shot. No need to actually aim to. Just shoot near their feet. If your lucky you might kill two. I feel like its a mini rocket launcher.

Not true I saw plenty of people who have new characters, I have one, and I even seen people with all the new characters. Sorry you have not got one yet, random can be well, random. I am sure your luck will turn around. Stop wanting it and you will probably get it seems to be the way to go.

It is although the so called AP ability of the rifle seems to not exist.

Actually, the victory packs had a higher chance of rare weapons, not ultra-rare/black/N7.
