I checked the EA support site and the only 'help' available was via email. Chat and phone unavailable. Might be because I'm in the UK.

Has anyone from the UK had success with going through EA support?

Other than that, I'm too bored now with the whole fiasco to bother...

opened victory pack, but no commendation pack for me yet. :S will check it out later again

wierd still no commendation pack for me or my brother and i promoted 3 chracters saturday and sunday while he promoted 4. we did get our victory packs though. does anyone happen to have any information on why we dont have them yet? our feedback was on in game

Just adding that I haven't seen a Commendation Pack yet (and neither has a squadmate of mine). We both promoted 3+ classes over the weekend, but I have to admit I'm not sure I got all mine in while the event was live. Maybe I should just wait until tomorrow, but it's not showing up in my list of available content either, which makes me think it won't show up in game, either. I'm in the queue for EA livechat now. My supposed wait time is 6 minutes

ETA: Chat seemed to go very smoothly & easily. Was told the pack is unlocked, but can't confirm that because the servers are down. Hope the servers go back up in time for me to redeem said pack.  If all goes smoothly, I may have to ease up a bit on my long-held impressions of EA customer service. 

ETA 2: Checked this morning & Commendation Pack was there. N7 Eagle. So...maybe I was just impatient or maybe there was a minor glitch, but getting it fixed seemed pretty smooth & painless. I like these Operations I think they're fun ways to keep the game entertaining & players invested. Think I would say so even if I hadn't received the pack, though of course, you never know unless you're there.

Logged in to see if my Commendation and Victory pack were there... they were, but when I went to collect them, got 'Unable to connect to EA server' or similar message... Talk about teasing a person >.<

I refuse to talk to support each time I am supposed to get a commendation pack. This is the company's business to make it work for me. I should't be forced to beg some random person on EA support to give me the pack.

If I don't get the pack for the second time, goodbye, game.

N7 Valiant.. my Infiltrator is happy.

Finally got back online, got my Victory Pack and Commendation Pack... as well as N7 Eagle. I'm happy.

Shotgun in my commendation pack. Much better than the Eagle anyway
