So yeah, went through origin/EA live chat and Hemant gave me my pack. First time this has happened to me. Just wish the pack had a Valiant 3 instead of an Eagle 2.

How do I get in contact with EA live support? I mean I have a XBOX version and no origin account. Do I have to create one just to be able to get live support?

Funny thing... i red that allied goal in operation shieldwall was not achieved... but i received a victory pack instead the commendation pack for promoting 3 characters.

Not sure where you saw that, but it was successful.
The previous challenge failed. Maybe you were looking at a post related to that...

This op was fun, and gave me an excuse t respec some classes. However after promoting 5 classes on Friday (after 6:00pm) I never received my Commendation Pack! I did receive the Vic Pack.
Is there any way to fix this?

Unfortunately, only by contacting EA support. Bioware themselves don't appear the slightest bit interested, given their lack of response on the issue.

Received both of my packs last night. Got the Reegar in my Victory pack and *FINALLY* got the Eagle in my commendation pack. Lucky night!

Had to go through EA to get mine today as well. Finally got the Hurricane, though. Did extremely well with it on a silver match. Love this gun.

I didnd get the Commendation pack. I contacted EA support but I got no reply. I'm reading many players were helped by EA support, well it seems I'm the only person they ignore. Don't know why.....I'll try to contact my local support via phone...

Yes, AJay in EA Chat enabled my Commendation Pack about 5 minutes ago. Thankfully its the 1st time I had to use EA support for this. I hope they iron out whatever issues there are - It's a shame that people need to go through support to get their due rewards.

I just used EA live chat and got well...and Eagle. Tried it with my AA on Silver, and it actually wasn't too bad. Although I was using two pistol amps.
Hopefully I won't have to use EA support again.
