I'm disappointed - I worked hard to get my characters ready for promoting, using the Game Informer article info that it would end monday at 5am as a guide.

Then sunday eve I saw the Bioware Blog post that said it ended already. My last character was so close, but I missed the deadline, so I played the rest of the night not with that character.

Turns out I could have finished that character, as the Bioware Blog wasn't updated when the time was extended. Result: lots of extra playtime to reach the goal and for nothing.

I still love you Bioware, but a lot of aspects of this weekend's event could have been handled better.

I've noticed that bioware has a lot of errors and conflicting info among their different sites.

Probably delayed because of the DLC. Though I'm sure sometime tomorrow they'll be out.

I would guess that we won, and they're probably double-checking their coding to make sure there's no bugs between the packs and Rebellion. I'd expect them soon-ish.

i promoted 4 characters and i know 10 other players who promoted 4 characters so we had to make what we needed to get the packs

i managed to promote 4 or 5 over the weekend tho no idea if i did it right for the group thing lol i promoted 3 while in a team :S

I would assume it to be fairly simple as in checking a database that stored this information. The one thing that gets my attention is the delay. Is it because these packs are going to contain "special never before seen items" or will they simply be regular packs? It would be nice if the Victory pack allows for a chance to obtain the Collector Rifle.

I almost wanted to participate in this past weekend but short-term memory loss had kicked in when I had to wait about 5 more hours for the event to start. Oh well, it's not like my 3 characters would have made a contribution to the overall number of promotions that went on.
