I hope you guys realize that the commendation pack for this event is going to everybody since it is the community challenge that has the comm. pack as the reward. This means that not everybody will get it at once, you just have to be patient.

Actually its the Vicroty pack that goes to everyone in the community and Commendation for those who complete the squad / personel goal. However it is true not all will recieve theyre packs simultaneously.
