Got both packs, the only oddity was that the item descriptions were reversed. Someone must have botched a copy&paste job:P

Depending on when it was, you might have been too early.
When I saw the post, I quickly leveled up Adept to 20 and then promoted him, along with my Vanguard and Infiltrator.
No pack so far.

Chiming in to say I waited patiently for my commendation pack est time and never got it. Went to EA support, took less than a min to connect with someone on Live Chat, was asked for my gamertag and got the pack instantly after that.
They are definitely on top of it if you take the time to go over the issue with them.

The thing with live chat is that it should be the last resort and not a standard procedure to get free virtual items. With how thing have been going lately during these events I'm afraid I'd have to Live Chat every time. Not that I'm frustrated about not getting items, just confused.

Still waiting for my Commendation Pack and I am getting slightly worried here. I promoted 3 characters as instructed on Saturday and still no sign yet, though the Victory Pack arrived yesterday. Hopefully this is just a abnormal delay and nothing more.

OPened my Commendation pack this morning..... got a Hurricane SMG........ Never use SMG's in ME3 (Due to recoil) so it will probably sit in the weapon locker.
