Huh. Still no Commendation Pack for me, and when I go into EA Help, I keep getting "no advisors available at this time" (it's been like this for the past hour already). I'm in Texas, by the way, and promoted my three characters on Sunday morning.

Edit: Going on two hours and EA advisors are still unavailable.

Finally, after a few hours of waiting I finally reached someone over live chat.

The issue was resolved within a few minutes, great job (Even though I wish you wouldn't have to contact them in the first place. :l).

EA support was very helpful again in recieving the ComPack. I certainly cant complain about the quick help...I just wish I didnt need it.

Hi everyone. Do you know if commendation packs are released first in EEUU and then in Europe?. In my country we haven't recieved comm packs yet, in fact, i don't remember recieving any in early challenges, but i thinked it was because my team didn't complete the individual challenges. As of now, i'm sure i have ascended the three characters required in time (Saturday evening), but i've seen only the victory pack.

Over three hours of waiting for the EA help advisors to become available and still nothing. This is the first time this happens to me...I got my packs with no problems for all the other challenges. Though I'm starting to notice that this isn't the first time this happens judging by the other posts. Oh well, maybe by the end of the day I'll actually get a hold of someone so I can get my commendation pack.

I've tried going to live chat, but it keeps telling me "Sorry, there are no advisors available at this time. Please try again later". It won't let me e-mail or give me the option to have them call me. I've been waiting all morning (about four hours now), and EA help has not been available for me.

I'm hoping by the time I get home from work, the commendation will magically appear in the store. Otherwise, I'm gonna have to spend another few hours, waiting for an EA rep to help me...again. :/

I know it is no big deal but it is annoying as I promoted 4 classes.

One hint for everyone who has troubles while loggin at the customer support:

Try to make a new account and sign in with that one; then choose the game, type of problem and the platform.

I had to do that in order to be able to get a hold of someone in the live chat. =/

Yes sir, Bioware have a bug in the system some where, I'm
guessing server crash or some sort of trigger issue during the event, is
causing the commendation pack not to be awarded. I promoted three characters on
Saturday and haven't got the pack, mind you the event screen didn't appear for
me either, it just crashed me back to the dashboard instead with a disc read
error message.

EA customer support is also broken in the UK at this moment I just get a
"Sorry, this service is temporary unavailable." doesn't give a good
impression for their support service, no e-mail address either to contact on
their page so guess I'll have to wait till EA can fix it.
