Did you try logging in with your Bioware account? That one doesn't work (At least not for me), try singing up again with a different mail and see if it works, that's how I got it to work.

No commendation pack yet . Anyone know if there is a way of contacting support to get my com packs? Everyon I have on friend's list got theirs already and all I got was victory pack despite promoting all my characters Saturday.

Ok for everyone who gets "service is currently unavailable" you need to log in to origin from this site store.origin.com and once you log in it will ask you to create your Master ID or something I forgot. once that is done you will be able to log in to EA and contact them.

IF ALL OPTIONS ARE GREY WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO CONTACT EA SUPPORT CHECK THIS GUIDE OUT IT WILL HELP YOU A LOT!

Thanks for the help. I was playing a match while reading this so I didnt get to it right away. But as soon as i did, they started helping me. I'd say it took about 5 minutes.

That's all good but you come short of informatyion chris much like with the prior Banshee chellenge weekend HOW  MANY did we fall short in with regard to no of banshees killed as opposed to target and how many worth of xp did we actually promote to achieve beyond our objective with operation shiledwall? i sure a lot of pple would love to know! cheers!

I promoted 3 classes, like last time where I promoted 2 when they said to promote 2. Then I did get the commendation pack but didn't get the victory pack. This time I got the same. Do they come at different time or am I doing something wrong with this. I am assuming I have the options set up right other wise I wouldn't get any pack.

Got the Victory pack 2 days ago and my Commendation pack yesterday. So they don't come out the same day.

And Bioware, can you please tell us if we cleared the community goal before the packs come out. Just checked the blog and the first post on this thread, nothing.

And include goal result will be posted 00/00 and packs will come out tuesday-thursday info in the original posts.

It would help out cutting down on all the "Did we do it?" and "Where are my packs!?" posts in these threads.
